Biscuits and cookies are kids favorite snacks. Not only kids but adults also love to munch it with evening tea and coffee. In market there are lots of brands selling biscuits but most of them are made up of maida which is actually not good for health.

For making whole wheat aata biscuits recipe. Let’s begin with the ingredients-
Aata- 1 cup
Ghee – 1/3 cup
Sugar(powdered)- 1/3 cup
Baking powder- 1teaspoon
Vanilla essence- 1/2 teaspoon
Elaichi powder- 1/2 spoon (optional)
Milk- 1/2 cup
Take a bowl ,add ghee and sugar and mix well. Now add vanilla essence, baking powder, elaichi powder and aata and mix well. Add some milk to make soft dough, once the dough is ready cover it and keep it in fridge for 30 minutes. Take out the dough from fridge and make small balls, press it with palm and make design using fork or as per your wish. Now place all the biscuits on greased baking tray.
Preheat microwave at 180°c for 5 minutes and cook the biscuits for 12-15 minutes at same temperature.( Convection mode) let them cool in microwave only . Take out from oven and it’s ready to serve.
